Today, I’m joined by Laura Chanloup, a Certified Transformational Coach, Core Wellbeing Dynamic Specialist and Energy Leadership Master Practitioner. 

Not so long ago, Laura was getting higher on the corporate ladder and lower on the happiness scale. She was feeling constantly exhausted, no matter how many hours of sleep she’d get. She started to isolate herself thinking it would help her recharge her energy. But it only made her feel alone & disconnected from the world. She knew she needed to take action. And here began her journey of self-discovery.

Her biggest breakthrough happened when she understood that she  was a Highly Sensitive Person (HSP) and that she had been blaming and fighting against her sensitivity for years instead of embracing it as the gift that it is.

Nothing was wrong with her; she was simply experiencing Life & the World differently.

Had she known that before, she probably wouldn’t have reached the point of Burnout. And that’s what led her to do the work she does now…

Helping other HSPs to discover, understand & love themselves as they are and create the right strategies to turn their high sensitivity into their biggest strength, avoid burnout and become inspiring leaders for themselves and others.
