REFUND POLICY - ART SHOP

I understand that purchasing art online can be a personal decision, and I want you to feel confident about your purchases at Rim Creative Energy. This Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which I will issue a refund for your purchased artwork.

ELIGIBILITY FOR REFUNDS:

  • Damaged Artwork: I meticulously package all Rim Creative Energy products with great care and attention. Instances of transit damage, incorrect orders or faulty items are unlikely.

If such an issue arises, please reach out to me at rim.creativenergy@gmail.com within 48 hours, with your order number and photos.

If an item arrives damaged in transit, you are eligible for a free replacement or a partial refund of that item cost, depending on severity of the damage.

I require photos of the damage and order packaging please. 

I reserve the right to deny a refund if the artwork is not returned in its original packaging.

  • Incorrect Artwork: If you receive artwork that is different from what you ordered, please contact me within 48h of receiving your order. I will arrange for the return of the incorrect artwork and ship you the correct piece at no additional cost.

Should you wish to keep the incorrect item, I can arrange a gift card for any price difference.

  • Change of Mind: I am happy to accept returns for a full refund of the purchase price within 24h of making your purchase.

REFUND PROCESS:

To initiate a return, please contact me at rim.creativenergy@gmail.com within 24h of purchase with your order number and reason for return. 

  • Refund and exchange of artwork: Due to the nature of the artworks, “change of mind” returns or exchanges are not permitted after 24h. 

  • Digital items: Due to their digital nature, digital and printable items are not refundable, not exchangeable.

REFUND POLICY - MENTORING/COACHING SESSIONS

Your purchase of coaching/mentoring sessions demonstrates your commitment to personal growth and a willingness to participate actively. I, Rim, am committed to providing you with the support and guidance you need to achieve your goals. However, I understand that unforeseen circumstances can arise. 

REFUND GUIDELINES:

This policy outlines the conditions under which I offer refunds for coaching/mentoring sessions:

  • Full Refund (minus 5% transaction fee): You are eligible for a full refund within 24 hours of your initial purchase for any coaching session or package if the scheduled session is more than 7 days away.

  • Rescheduling: If you need to cancel your session after the 24-hour window but at least 48 hours before the scheduled session, we can reschedule for a mutually convenient time.

  • Missed Sessions & Late Cancellations: Refunds will not be issued for sessions missed by the client or canceled with less than 24 hours' advance notice.

  • Partial Refunds: If unforeseen circumstances prevent you from completing all your scheduled sessions, you may request a prorated refund for the remaining sessions, minus a 5% transaction fee. 

  • No Refunds for Completed Sessions: Unfortunately, refunds are not available for coaching sessions that have already taken place. Coaching is a time-intensive service, and I dedicate personalized effort to your individual needs.

REFUND PROCESS:

To request a refund, please contact me via email at rim.creativenergy@gmail.com.
In your email, please include your full name, session name, and reason for requesting a refund. I will process your request within 4 business days and issue the refund using your original payment method.

POLICY UPDATES:

I reserve the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time without prior notice.
